Bought a 2005 Subaru Forester 1/10/18. Brought it for inspection, but it failed emissions. Contacted owner. Refused to acknowledge problem. Called me and my grandfather every swear in the book. Returned 4 times to the dealership. He actually tried to slam the door on me one time. He finally agreed to fix it, took over 1 1/2 weeks to do so. It needed a new catalytic converter. Within 2 hours of having it back, check engine light came on. Auto Zone checked it out, codes were - catalytic converter! Today told him I wanted my money back-refused. Again, calling me and my grandfather "{{Redacted}}", he doesn't care. This man is extremely vile and and should not be in business.

Empire Auto Group LLC, Stoughton, Massachusetts

On 4/5/16 I bought online via www.greatcarsforsale.com a 2001 GMC Yukon Denali XL with 95212 miles from Empire Auto Group LLC for the sole purpose of pulling a 8000lbs covered trailer. Since the vehicle was located in MA I immediately inquired about whether or not the truck was rusted. I was reassured by the seller (Tigran) that there was NO RUST on the Yukon. After a Bill of Sale was emailed to me, I proceeded to wire Empire Auto Group the asking price of $5000. Few days later, I received the MA Certificate of Title by USPS mail and then the Yukon was delivered to me by transport carrier. Upon reception - especially during my first car wash - I noticed that the vehicle was rusted. Also, since the steering wheel was all crooked (sideways) I proceeded to have the truck aligned... to be told by the mechanic that the truck could not be aligned because the whole front direction/suspension (tie rod ends, etc.) was too rusted. Since the car had a 30 day/1250 miles lemon law warranty, I texted the seller about the problem without any reply. The following day, while trying to remove the rusted tow hitch ball, I could see large pieces or flakes of rusted metal falling from underneath the SUV. I then took a flashlight/cell phone for pictures, and went to check the car under carriage. To my utter dismay, the whole subframe, rear bumper, coil springs supports, etc., was totally rusted through. I took several pictures and texted them to Empire Auto Group. Again, no answer. Following day, I was told by a professional trailer repair welding shop - which examined the Yukon that it should NOT tow anything because it would be extremely dangerous or hazardous to do so. To this day, the seller has refused any repair or to refund my $5000. The case will be brought in front of a MA court. Be very aware that another swindling used car dealership located in Largo, FL called Empire Auto LLC (http://flempireauto.v12soft.com/) is also owned by Tigran Buniatyan and is involved in the same disloyal practices/shenanigans.

The manager (Ashot Minasyan) is a criminal... He is under forced deportation order issued by a US judge...

This is a confirmed info! Somebody who was cheated by him should inform the police.

Redefine Sleazy Used Car Company

This place is about as low an operation as there is. They will stop at nothing to take your money and run. Salesmen are unprofessional, uncooperative and untrustworthy. Run away fast and don't come anywhere near this place. My salesman we a complete ***, who was rude, unresponsive, knew nothing about the car I was interested in, lied repeatedly, and frankly has no business selling anything. The owner is a scam artist who uses the same ***, juvenile tricks to coerce you into buying. It is an absolute joke. There is nothing redeeming about this place and it should be shut down!
